In the first section of this podcast we are going to discuss a woman’s role in life and how she relates to those around her. Women, we are in this world, and we have to relate to those around us. Sometimes it can be confusing on what our role is in different aspects of life. My goal is to use the Scriptures to help navigate the different areas in life and discover what role you have in that area.

Today we’re going to talk about how you as a woman should relate to God. God is the Designer and Creator of everything and His role in our lives in the most important relationship we can ever have. And the most important relationship to have with God is one of Salvation.

Billy and Crystal Coley- missionaries to Kenya

On Sunday, December 1st, we are having Billy and Crystal Coley with us. They are currently on deputation, raising money to go to the field of Kenya. They will be with us for our morning services.

We are collecting items for a basket to give to the Coleys when they are with us. For more information, see Laura Carter.

2019 Fall Festival Pictures

We had a great time at our Fall Festival! Here are some pictures. Rebekah Bane won Best Fruit Pie with her blackberry and raspberry pie. Anna Carter won Best Cream Pie with her peanut butter salted caramel pie. And Eunice Carter won Best Pie Overall with her gluten free pecan pie.

We played several games and had a great time! Apples, whipped topping, candy corn, and streamers were flying in fun. Thank you to everyone who came and participated in the pie contest and games. We can’t wait until next year!

Revival Services with Maury Gibson

On August 13th through the 16th we will be having Revival Services with Bro. Maury Gibson. Bro. Gibson was recently the Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Rock Island, Illinois and now travels to churches around the country preaching for revivals and conferences.

Services will be regular service times on Sunday (10am, 11am, and 5pm), and then 7pm Monday-Wednesday.

Teen Service

As usual on the 5th Sunday, this Sunday will be our special teen service. The teens of the church will be more involved than usual with song leading, music specials, and preaching. Come out and support the teens as they strive to serve God in their church.

Youth Rally at Hallmark Baptist Church

All teens aged 13-19 are invited to join us on July 27th as we attend a youth rally at Hallmark Baptist Church in Enid, Oklahoma. We will be meeting at the North Haven Baptist Church at 9am and leaving before 9:30. The rally will be from 11-1 and we will arrive back around 3. Lunch is provided. There will be prizes, food, games, and good preaching! Bro. Tim Russell will be the main speaker and he will be a blessing. Come prepared for a good time and to receive a spiritual blessing.

Youth Rally in Enid, Oklahoma

Father’s Day Fishing Trip

On June 1st, fathers and children will be meeting at Lake Overholser (exact spot to be announced) for a morning of fishing! Meet at 9am, bring your fishing gear and a chair to sit in.

Once fishing is done, we will be meeting at Pastor’s House for a BBQ lunch. We will be grilling hotdogs, so bring sides to go along with that!

All fathers and children are invited to the fishing trip, everyone is welcome to the BBQ afterward.
